The 6th of September has been marked in history of Baltic Aviation Academy. The aviation training centre released its very first ATPL Integrated graduates. Seven students from Lithuania, Ukraine, Tadzhikistan and Holland after two years of studies finished their studies and received a Commercial Pilot Licenses issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of Lithuania.

The graduates have been commemorated not only by the Baltic Aviation Academy personnel, but also by the student families and friends who gathered to celebrate this moment. The greatest moments of student lives have been demonstrated in the short movie, in which moments have been captured during the more than two years study time. During the ceremony graduates received Baltic Aviation Academy certificates of the ATPL Integrated course completion, as well as the CPL(A)/IR, ME licenses, which enables graduates to operate multipilot, multiengine aircraft.

‘Pilots do much more than just create a means of transportation – they build bridges between people and make distance just a minor obstacle. I trust that the knowledge and experience gained at Baltic Aviation Academy will be invaluable tool to build you careers and I personally expect a lot from you as future pilots and future leaders of aviation industry’, said Egle Vaitkeviciute, the CEO at Baltic Aviation Academy, during her graduation speech.

‘Now, when I look back to these two years, I know that it was a beginning of adventure. A hard, exhausting, but rewarding, interesting and fun adventure. Countless days and nights with the books, long term sleep deficit hard to win back. But then, the pure pleasure of flight, pleasure of achievement with every successful flight. Flight manoeuvres and exercises which seemed impossible to master, yet mastered. Exams impossible to pass yet passed. Constantly pushing the limits away’, comments ATPL Integrated graduate and Commercial Pilot Pranas Drulis.

In addition to Ab Initio trainings Baltic Aviation Academy provides Type Rating trainings for such aircraft as Boeing 737 CL, Boeing 737 NG, Boeing 747-400, Boeing 757, Boeing 767, Boeing 777, Saab 340/2000, Airbus A320, Airbus A330/340 and many more. Training course completion certificates issued by Baltic Aviation Academy are valid in the European Union, China, Brazil, Philippines, Israel, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Belarus and Afghanistan.
