1.    GENERAL

1.1. By submitting Personal Information through the Site, including but not limited to any information that is automatically submitted when you are browsing the Site, you agree with the Site Usage Policy, including the terms of this Privacy Policy and you expressly consent to the processing of your Personal Information according to this Privacy Policy. Please note that the Site may provide for different method of your acceptance with use, collection and storage of Personal Information as it is required under the applicable legal acts

1.2. We as well as each and any User shall be bound by the Privacy Policy and other documents of Site Usage Policy. This Privacy Policy is binding to anyone who visits and/or uses the Site or any part thereof as well as any service, tool or any other content available on the Site.

1.3. Your Personal Information may be processed by the Owner in the country where it was collected, as well as other countries in accordance with the applicable legal acts. The User also understands and agrees that Personal Information, as well as any other information related to the User and collected by the Owner can be stored in both the Republic of Lithuania as in any other country.

1.4. Your Personal Information provided by you when using the Site or any of its Services may be processed by the Owner by automatic means for the following purposes:
1.4.1.    internal administration;
1.4.2.    direct marketing;
1.4.3.    conclusion and execution of the contracts.

1.5. The Owner reserves a right to revise (including to modify, amend, supplement, annul) this Privacy Policy or any part thereof and any linked information on accordance with the rules established in the Site Usage Policy. The revised version of the Privacy Policy is effective at the time it is published on the Site except when such amendments provide otherwise.

2.    COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

2.1. Each time when you are visiting the Site, the servers of the Owner temporarily store information about the accessing agent in a log file. In the course of this procedure, the following data is automatically collected and stored, without any action on your part, until the time of automatic deletion: the IP address of the accessing computer, the date and time of access, the name and URL, the website from which access is made, the operating system of your computer and the browser used by you as well as other technical data, the name of your internet access provider, your language configuration and geographical origin (other related technical data may be collected and stored as well). The data is collected and processed for the purpose of enabling the Users to use the Site, to enable the technical administration of the network infrastructure and the optimization of the Site Services as well as for internal statistical purposes. Also, the IP address may be analyzed and used in case of breach of Site Usage Policy, attacks against the Site infrastructure and for statistical purposes and in other cases, if prescribed in this Privacy Policy.

2.2. The Owner may collect and store the following Personal Information (if the User submits such data):
2.2.1. User’s first name and last name, company name, email address, phone/fax number, physical contact information and other personal information that identifies the User. For issuance and acceptance of invoices – financial information, such as credit card or bank account numbers and other information you provide to purchase the services or products (if such Site Services are available on the Site);
2.2.2. information about your device that you use to connect to the Site (for example, personal computer, notebook, mobile phone etc.) for purposes of the Site administration;
2.2.3. other information from your interaction with the Site, the Site Services, content and advertising, including discussions, chats, requests, correspondence through the Site, if any, correspondence sent to the Owner’s device ID, connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the Site, standard web log information;
2.2.4. additional information from you or about you in other ways not specifically described here (for example, information related to your contacts with the Owner or store results when you respond to a survey);
2.2.5. other information you provide or you are required to provide on the Site, including the ability to receive promotional offers form the Owner.

2.3. For the avoidance of doubt the Owner does not process Special categories of Personal Information as it shall be understood and interpreted under the applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.4. The Owner reserves the right to include other optional requests for information from User to tailor the Site and deliver personalized information to User in accordance with the applicable legal acts.

3.     MARKETING AND ONLINE SURVEYS

3.1. The Owner does not make Personal Information available to third parties for their use and also does not sell the data to third parties for their marketing purposes without Users explicit consent.

3.2. Upon your explicit consent provided by you on the Site by filling the registration or other forms that may be available on the Site, your email address as well as your name and surname may be used to receive marketing communications about the Site, available services, current promotions, newsletters and other. You are able at any time to opt out receiving the referred marketing communications following the instructions provided by the Owner in each and every e-mail in relation to such marketing communications.

3.3. User may not opt out of the Owner sending User legal notices related to Site Services or the use of the Site.

3.4. The Owner may conduct User surveys to collect information about Users preferences. These surveys are optional and if you choose to respond, your responses shall be kept anonymous, unless in particular case it is stated otherwise.

4.    USAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1. Upon this document you agree that we may use your Personal Information to:
4.1.1.    provide the Site Services and User support if requested;
4.1.2.    process payments for purchases or other services (if available on the Site);

5.    DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

5.1. The Owner may disclose your Personal Information to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, reply to provided claims or other content, that violates the rights of other third parties or protect anyone’s rights, property or safety. Such information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5.2. Under this Privacy Policy you agree that the Owner may also share your Personal Information, including User content, with:
5.2.1.  third party contractors and/or partners who work on behalf of or with the Owner to provide you with Site Services, to help the Owner to communicate with you or to maintain the Site under the terms and conditions of the contract concluded between the Owner and the third party contractors and/or partners;
5.2.2.  other service providers under contracts concluded with the Owner, who help with the Owner’s business or Site operations;
5.2.3.  other third parties to whom you explicitly ask us to send your Personal Information;
5.2.4.  other business entities, in case of merger or acquisition of the Owner or transfer of the Site or assets related to the Site. In such case the Owner will require that the new entity will follow this Privacy Policy with respect to your Personal Information. If your Personal Information will be used contrary to this Privacy Policy, you will receive prior notice.

6.    PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

6.1. The Owner is using reasonable and adequate physical, electronic and procedural measures and methods to safeguard Personal Information in our possession against loss, theft, and unauthorized use, disclosure and modification. Please note that, although we make reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Information, with current technology, we cannot and we do not guarantee the security of your Personal Information as it is delivered or collected using the internet.

7.    THIRD PARTIES

7.1. Except as otherwise expressly included in this Privacy Policy, this document addresses only the use and disclosure of information the Owner collects from you throughout the Site. If you disclose your Personal Information to others, whether they are Users or other third parties on the Site or other sites throughout the internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them.

7.2. The Owner does not control privacy policies of third parties and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where they are applicable.

7.3. The Owner is not responsible for privacy policies or the content of any other websites to which the Site links or which link to the Site. By clicking on a link, logo or the other item, or using certain services available on the Site, including the online communication services, please note that you may no longer be on the Site.

8.    TERMS OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

8.1. The Owner shall have the right to store User’s Personal Information.

8.2. The Owner may store Personal Information for the time periods indicated herein below:
8.2.1. the Personal Information processed by the Owner for internal administration purposes shall be stored as long as such Personal Information is necessary for ensuring as independent functioning of the Owner as it shall be understood and interpreted in accordance with the applicable legal acts;
8.2.2. the Personal Information processed by the Owner for direct marketing purposes shall be stored for 2 (two) years upon receipt of such Personal Information or until your refusal to proceed your Personal Information for direct marketing purposes;
8.2.3. the Personal Information processed by the Owner for the purpose of the conclusion and execution of the contracts shall be stored for 10 (ten) calendar years from the commencement of the contractual relationship.

8.3. As soon as the Personal Information storage periods indicated hereinabove expire the Personal Information shall be destroyed from all the direct sources where such Personal Information is stored.

9.    RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

9.1. You shall have the right:
9.1.1.  to know (be informed) about the processing of your Personal Information;
9.1.2.  to have an access to your Personal Information and to be informed on how it is processed;
9.1.3.  to request  rectification or destruction of your Personal Information or suspension of further processing of your Personal Information, with the exception of storage, where the Personal Information is processed in violation of the provisions of this Privacy Policy and/or applicable legal acts;
9.1.4.  to object against the processing of your Personal Information.

9.2. You shall be able to implement your right of access to your Personal Information in accordance with the following procedure:
9.2.1.  you shall have the right, upon presenting to the Owner a document certifying your identity or upon confirming your identity in accordance with the procedure laid down by applicable legal acts or by means of electronic communications which permit a person’s identification, to obtain information on the sources and type of your Personal Information which has been collected, the purpose of its processing and the data recipients to whom the Personal Information is disclosed or was disclosed no more than during the past 1 (one) year;
9.2.2.  having received an enquiry from you concerning the processing of your Personal Information, the Owner shall reply to you whether the Personal Information relating thereto is processed, and disclose to you the requested data usually within 30 (thirty) calendar days of the receipt of the your enquiry. At your explicit request, such information shall be disclosed to you in writing. The Owner shall disclose the reffered information to you free of charge no more than once per 1 (one) calendar year.

9.3. You shall be able to implement your right to request rectification, destruction or suspension of further processing of your Personal Information in accordance with the following procedure:
9.3.1.  in case you, after familiarising with your Personal Information, find that your Personal Information is incorrect, incomplete and/or inaccurate and apply to the Owner, the Owner shall check the personal Information concerned as soon as practicably possible and, at your written request submitted in person, by post or by means of electronic communications, rectify the incorrect, incomplete and/or inaccurate Personal Information and/or suspend the processing of such Personal Information, except storage;
9.3.2.  in case you, after familiarising withyour Personal Information, find that your Personal Information is processed unlawfully and unfairly and apply to the Owner, the Owner shall check without delay and free of charge the lawfulness and fairness of the processing of your personal Information and, at your written request, destroy the personal Information collected unlawfully and unfairly or suspend processing of such Personal information, except storage, as soon as practicably possible;
9.3.3.  when, at your request, the processing of your Personal Information is suspended, the Personal Information concerned shall be stored until it is rectified or destroyed either at yoru request or upon expiry of itd storage period laid down herein. Other processing operations of such Personal Information may be performed:
9.3.3.1.  for the purpose of giving proof of the existence of circumstances due to which processing of the Personal Information was suspended;
9.3.3.2.  where you give your consent for further processing of your Personal Information;
9.3.3.3.  where the rights or legitimate interests of the third parties have to be protected.
9.3.3.4.  the Owner shall notify you of the rectification, destruction of your Personal Information or suspension of processing of such Personal Information performed or not performed at your request.

9.4. In case you do not agree your Personal Information to be processed, if necessary, for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Owner or by a third party to whom the Personal Information is disclosed, you shall have a right to object to the processing of yuor Personal Information. You shall submit a written notice of objection to the processing of your Personal Information to the Owner in person, by post or by means of electronic communications. In case  your objection is legally justified, the Owner shall suspend the processing of your Personal Information, except in the cases laid down in applicable legal acts, as soonas practicably possible and notify the respective data recipients.

10.1. The rules applicable with respect to the issues of an applicable law and dispute resolution are indicated in the Site Usage Policy.
