BAA Training, European standard aviation training center with more than 20 years of experience, has signed a cooperation contract with International Flight Training Center (IFTC). The agreement covers lease of Airbus A320 and Boeing 737NG FFS for BAA Training students’ training in Turkey.

The one year-long contract will allow BAA Training’s pilot trainees from the surrounding regions to conveniently receive professional Airbus A320 and Boeing 737 NG pilot training in accordance to EASA standards. For nearly a decade and with five full flight simulators located in both Istanbul (2x A320 & 2x B737NG) and Antalya (1x B737NG), IFTC provides a modern facility ideal for trainings, which includes classrooms, computer based training rooms, flat panel training devices, CEET, FFT and 365 days 24/7 customer service support integrated in one package to BAA Training clients.

“For couple of years now we have a strategic goal of strengthening our positions in the region as well as bringing more and more of our European standard pilot training opportunities to locations around the world. This partnership is yet another strong step towards that goal as well as towards tackling the thriving pilot demand,” comments Egle Vaitkeviciute, CEO of BAA Training. “Our aviators seeking for a pilot career will now have another reputable EASA certified Type Rating training facility strategically located between all major continents, whether you’re from the Middle East, Asia or Africa, IFTC acts as a hub for you. The more locations we have across the globe, the less time we will spend in various arrangements before the training – this helps students to reach their dream career even faster.”

BAA Training provides full range of aviation training including fixed and rotary wing Ab Initio pilot training, type rating, ground handling, cabin crew and UAV/UAS training. The company is a part of Avia Solutions Group – a publicly listed aviation services holding with over 20 subsidiaries worldwide.
