On the 7th of August, aviation training centre Baltic Aviation Academy (Vilnius, Lithuania) has received an approval issued by Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Cuba for Airbus A320 Full Flight Simulator (FFS).
The certificate was granted to Cubana de Aviación, Cuba’s flag carrier as well as the country’s largest airline. Recently received document will allow Baltic Aviation Academy to use a full flight simulator for performing any required training to improve Cubana pilot skills.

Next to Cuba Civil Aviation Authority approval for Airbus A320 Full Flight Simulator, type rating training completion certificates issued by Baltic Aviation Academy are valid in the European Union, Israel, Ukraine, Belarus, Philippines, Nigeria, China, Bulgaria, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Pilots at Baltic Aviation Academy are being trained by 240 training instructors, most of which come from Western European countries
