MPL Program Structure

This program is designed specifically for aspiring airline pilots. It offers a direct path to the cockpit, focusing on the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career with Bamboo Airways.

Theory lessons can be completed online, allowing for flexibility and convenience.

ATPL theory includes studies in subjects like aviation law, aircraft systems, weather (meteorology), navigation, and more. This stage also covers school exams, AUPRT theory, Area 100 KSA, long briefings, and MCC theory. You will be fully prepared for all 13 CAA exams required to get your commercial pilot license. All exams must be taken at the same examination center.

Flight training takes place in BAA Training’s flight base in Lleida-Alguaire, Spain, and covers Visual Flight Rules (VFR), Night Visual Flight Rules (NVFR), and Instrument Flight Rules (IFR).

Includes an introduction to multi-crew operations and instrument flight.

Beginning of Airbus A320 Type Rating studies. Theory and practice are conducted in both a classroom and on an FNPT device.

Theory and practice are expanded further in the classroom and on the Airbus A320 full flight simulator device. This prepares you to work in a multi-crew, airline-oriented environment.

Aerodrome training lets you practice flying a real aircraft at an actual airport, practicing 6 take-offs and landings, and doing a go-around.

Line Flying Under Supervision (LIFUS) lets you fly real airline flights with supervision. You'll work with experienced pilots, performing your duties in the cockpit and learning how to handle normal flight procedures.
